Description: Dalaa Gand is tall, slim and in exellent physical condition. He stands 6'1'' and weighs in 164 lbs. He has yellow eyes, light green skin and his brown hair is shaven from the sides. He wears loose unadorned dull dark green monk's robes knotted around waist by a simple rope belt. On his back is a well-worn grayish hooded cloak. The hood is usually worn over his head. His forearms, ankles and feet are covered in black wrappings.

His manners are reserved, but always polite. He doesn't talk much and carefully chooses the words in every conversation. Dalaa is honest, perceptive and dedicated, rarely showing any strong emotions. A slight, polite smile - which could mean just about anything - is usually the only visible expression seen on his face.

Background: Dalaa has been a monk almost all of his life. His parents sent him to the monastery of the Jade Fist when he was only 10 years old. He was a good student, learning the arts of unarmed fighting, diplomacy and stealth. He had the typical githzerai upbringing so he would always be ready to fight the hated illithids and the githyanki.

Dalaa’s efforts didn’t go unnoticed by his sensei, who saw potential in the young student. The sensei decided, that Dalaa would be included in the program, that trained warrior-monks for the rrakkma – hunting parties to slay illithids. Normally Dalaa teaches diplomacy to young monks, but he is always ready to leave on a mission if needed. So far he has been involved in one succesful rrakkma. The party of five githzerai managed to ambush and kill six illithids before returning back to Limbo.

Shortly after returning from the last mission Dalaa would be summoned by his masters again. They spoke very little, but looked very concerned. They told, that while he had been gone, the githyanki had launched an massive invasion to the material plane. It had to be stopped before it would be too late. The strongest nations had already succumbed to the githyanki and the githzerai would send agents to the remaining remote locations still free from the githyanki to help the locals organize their war efforts.

Dalaa left Limbo and arrived at the material plane with only four other githzerai. Each one of them would be sent to a different location. The numbers were very small considering the seriousness of the matter. There had to be something even more urgent going on elsewhere, that he wasn’t informed, but Dalaa couldn’t let that affect his mission.

He observed the area awhile and decided to contact a group of local magic users. Their skills at creating magic items would be invaluable in the war against the githyanki. They were suspicious at first – some of them still are – but Dalaa has decided to prove himself as a true ally.

Melechesh Ironbranch doesn't talk much about his life prior to The War. What he has shared is that he was a Diviner, a sage for a Grey Elven Duke and then a maker of wonderous items for the Ducal family.Then the Githyanki came. Ships that blotted out the Sun, Dragons spitting Fire, Wizards and strange Sorceries.
The Elves mounted their own attack, griffons and pegasi were no match for dragons...the Elven realm quickly fell.
Melechesh's family was slain, his home despoiled and (following
the death of his Familiar in the battle) he was struck with a profound sense of despair and loss. Melechesh almost ended his own life in the woods that he had hidden in, when he was found by a young Wood Elf named Eventine. Eventine was a Priest of Corellon Larethian, and the young Priest gave Melechesh Hope and purpose, he had made contact with others steeled to fight this invasion. Melechesh Pledged that he too would fight or die in the process. Eventine was so taken aback by the resolve in the older Elf, that he pledged his Allegiance and that of his powers as a Cleric to Melechesh. It took nearly a half year, but the duo finally found one of the remote Forge-Centers where other Wizards,Clerics and Druids worked at making weapons and armour, enchanted items and much needed potions and healing devices for the War-torn Land. Melechesh even recovered enough to bind another Familiar, finding a spunky Weasel caught in a hunter's trap one day. Things were looking up.It has been over a year now that wystol Ironbranch and Eventine Moonbow have served here, helping and training others in the Arts of Creation.
Last week, Dire news arrived. A Githyanki Ship was seen headed towards the Forge. What would this new threat bring?

Description: Sinjerath, is tall, slim and in exellent physical condition. He stands 6'4'' and weighs in 190 lbs. He has grey eyes, light green skin and his brown hair is long and worn in a pony tail. He wears garish brightly colored clothes aka swash buckler style. On his back is a well-worn Midnight blue hooded cloak. The hood is usually worn over his head.

His manners are slightly abrasive, but always polite. He tends to talk too much . Sinjerath is mostly honest, perceptive and forthwith, Very outgoing quick with a joke and a smile.

Background: Sinjerath is something of an outcast amongst his people not very disciplined he tends to wander alot quick to take up adventure and persuits of fancy quite common. However the 2 things that rile him up more than anything are Githyanki and Mindflayers, tales of either of these foes will send him off on the way to a fight. He has for theis reason thrown himself headlong in the fight to stop the invassion. Not really caring if the locals like him much hes there for the duration.
