Invisible Constructor...?

A pster on the Wizards board stated this in another thread, about psions who manifest astral constructs while invisible -

Is this true...? I have a Constructor in my campaign that has just begun using invisibility. Please, please someone tell me more about this. Does it also apply to normal arcane magic users casting Summon Monster...?

Yup... to be more specific, the psion creates a visual display. Your eyes glow silver, and a rainbow flash appears around your body. The rainbow flash produces light, so it will appear despite your Inivisibility power, "briefly" pin-pointing your location. Since manifesting an Astral Construct is a full-round action, you won't be moving, and your opponent will know where you are.

When casting Summon Monster, there is a verbal component. Opponents can roughly point out where you are from the sound of your voice. A good suggestion for a wizard is to use Silent Summon Monster.
