Vicious Phantasmal Vessel: The Ship Wraith
They say “The captain always goes down with the ship.” But what of the captains who refuse to go down at all, whose ships refuse to sink? For some, Davy Jones’ locker may hold the crew, but it cannot keep the bonded ship and captain, forever sailing together as one united phantom, always chasing one more bounty. By Laurel Sheffield.

Castles In the Deep: Underground Strongholds
Humans are familiar with castles and fortresses with reinforced walls, defensive towers, and protected keeps, and while those have solid foundations, storage cellars, or the occasional dungeon below ground, the main rooms and living spaces are above ground. For those more accustomed to the darker, more compressed spaces beneath the earth or within a mountain, saferooms and strongholds are subterranean structures burrowed beneath layers of sod and dirt, carved into a mountainside, or constructed in cavernous depths far below the surface. The Arcane Syllabus: Magic School Class Features for Wizards
The world-spanning magical organization known as the Arcanum was founded on the principle that magic is a gift from the world itself, one which all its users have a responsibility to explore, protect, and teach. To that end, all but the most insular of the Arcanum's factions and Towers maintain a school for the instruction of young spellcasters. This article details some of the wisdom that they impart, as well an an entry for the organization itself. By Micah Sweet.

I'll have to dig a bit more into the Arcanum, but their new elective studies are great. The second one gave me big Frieren/Fern vibes.

On another note... Dex-based characters no longer "need" airship strongholds. Now some weird caves might also help them ;)
