January update, fey charge and falling.

January update says,

TELEPORTATION
Destination: Your destination must be a space you can occupy without squeezing. If arriving in
the destination space would cause the target to fall or if that space is hindering terrain, the target can make a saving throw. On a save, the teleportation is negated.

As it says "the target can make a saving throw", I assume that an Eladrin player can choose to not make save when voluntary teleporting into higher space.

Well, then, if an Eladrin with Fey Charge feat tries to charge upward, exactly when he falls? Just after teleporting (so cannot attack) or end of the charge action?

Just after teleporting. If someone ran off a cliff would you let him go another 2 squares or so like Wily E. Coyote or make him fall as soon as he went over?

I'd let the attack hit (possibly with a -2 penalty for the drop distraction acting like cover). If a Swordmage can have an ability to teleport between two targets and attack each so smoothly they almost seem to occur at the same time I think a Fey Charger can prep their swing to be on target(ish) as soon as they appear before falling puts the target beyond their reach.

I'd let the attack happen too. I allow for similar things as part of a charge with jumping or dropping down on enemies from a height. Fey charge would be no different.
