As previously mentioned, the game will take anywhere between 6 to 8 hours from beginning to end. Along with the 18 types of model classes listed above, there's a total of 23 unique characters, not including particular variations.</p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>FEATURED LOCALES</strong></span></p><p>Knights & Legend's world is considerably large, unfortunately the game didn't reach the desired amount needed during its crowdfunding campaign. Development relied largely on existing current revenue from the original TRPG book sales. With that said, this adventure main focus lies in the Human race and the nation of Vancroft. You'll be catching a glimpse of other relevant parts of the world as some cutscenes present themselves as the story progresses, including the so called Outer World. The latter, being a spiritual realm where all the dead go before the final judgement is delivered by the mysterious Eidolon.</p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>THE EXPERIENCE (No Clichés)</strong></span></p><p>The beauty behind K&L: DNA lies in its story. The game itself is a hybrid of both JRPGs and Western RPGs, but it's in no way your traditional role-playing game. You're presented a medieval setting with no cliché stereotypes associated with it. For example, facing a dragon is completely optional. And the dragons themselves have nothing to do with this particular story. Opposed to the same old Knight vs. Dragon fantasy medieval setting.</p><p>The game's story is largely centered around the protagonist, his past actions, and the current turbulent times surrounding the birth of the Xhinian faith. You work closely with imperial scouts in order to uncover the mysterious death of two of your comrades.</p><p>Some of the hero's past actions come back to haunt him, and will change the course of the journey, leading you towards a completely unforeseen ending. The ideal way to fully understand this adventure would be playing the game through twice. Players are also advised to read through the included Collector's Booklet, as it shares vital story enhancing information with no spoilers.</p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>PREQUEL ANIMATION</strong></span></p><p>It's been long my desire to deliver K&L in three different mediums. Literature, video game, and now after a long search, a talented artist have been hired and is currently in the process of creating a short animation which will serve as a direct prequel to Knights & Legends: Dawn of a New Age.
