No, that's more about chronic pain due to previous injuries to my back and legs. Diabetes sure won't help, however.

@MetaVoid, here is the updated battle map before Litrix's actions. Note that Angus has move up next to Litrix to take up the squares next to him. You noted a 5 ft. step NE in your post, but Angus is standing there after his move. You can have Litrix make a 5ft. step right next to Angus, directly north (or NW). He could also 5-ft. step west.
