I mentioned that the demographic question was not especially important given we already know the demographics of ENWorld. I think we could find out about 1 and 2 simultaneously, no?

In a poll, I wouldn't, because there are already going to be plenty of options to choose from for one question alone.

Providing a link to poll #2 at the end of poll #1 might be better.
