Looking to commission art...

For an upcoming live-action game, I would like to make faux NASA "program/mission" patches (and possibly stickers, magnets, etc) for my fellow players for costume use and as mementos.
Great. Next time I run a game I bet one of my players will ask, "Where are our patches, MGibster?" First it was Matt Mercer and now it's you!

Those patches do sound hella cool though.

Great. Next time I run a game I bet one of my players will ask, "Where are our patches, MGibster?"

This is for a larp with combined players and staff over 80 people, with sessions running 12 hours.

Are your players planning to do costume and makeup all day for a game? Then they don't need no stinkin' patches.

And, just to update for sake of timeline - I have the desired patches in hand now.

So the timeline went:
April 8th: Post here (and elsewhere) seeking an artist
April 14th - 23rd: Discussions with artist -> final version (my artist was quick and engaged!)
April 24th - 29th: Engage patch company, design discussion, redesign review, contract
May 7th: Physical sample proof and approval
May 26th: Order complete and shipped.
May 28th: Order received.

So, basically, two months.
I had originally told the vendor that I wanted the parches by June 1st, and they'd asked if that was a hard deadline, because they weren't sure they could meet it. But, here they are, before June 1st.
