Macho Women with Guns

Not sure if many of you have heard of this game, but it's just like any other RPG, but with only female PC's. Over here is a good source.

Those who have heard of or played it, imagine if there was a third edition for this game. The artwork would look less comic-y than the other editions, it would be less sexist taking the concept of a female-only game seriously, and of course, it would allow you to make any campaign for any setting for any genre (fantasy, sci-fi, horror, modern action, pulp, post-apocalyptic, superhero, mecha, etc). Think it could work well?

No, for that very reason. I don't think things that generic are going to be very compelling systems.

I was just amazed at how poorly done the d20 version was a few years ago. Terrible artwork, poor editing, paragraphs that just ended mid sentence.

When you put together a comedy came of that nature, I would think you would spend more money on art and less money on slick pages, hardback cover and color. Those were not nearly as important as humorous writing and art that would get you jazzed to play. This game had neither. The old black and white minis game was better and had better art work.

Well, it could have its own system and if people aren't satisfied with that, then the game could support other systems like D20, GURPS, Hero, Savage Worlds, etc. Plus, the game's setting can be unique itself, while it doesn't completely rip off other games like Rifts and Torg, letting you make any type of campaign you wish.

To add depth to it, the game could have different bestiaries, sourcebooks, map books, modules, and many more.

Why? I have systems to play female-only games: D&D, GURPS, Mage, etc. I can't imagine anything that's not fundamentally tacky that I would need to add. And if I'm going fundamentally tacky, that's what the current Macho Women with Guns is good for. I doubt I'd ever run it, I doubt I'd ever play in it for more than a one-shot, but it's there if I need it.
