Contrary to what people assume, you can't always tell - especially if the person has only started transitioning, is pre- or non-op, and/or has chosen not to disclose this information. Would they get to play characters of the gender they identify with? Would they only be allowed to play transgender characters of the same trans status as them (trans men playing trans men, and trans women playing trans women)?</p></blockquote><p></p>
