If you have all 3 of these things does the benefit of the Staggering Weapon property effect powers that deal thunder damage but that also slide a target because of Mark of the Storms?
i.e. if a Warden grabs a +1 Staggering Weapon and Mark of Storms and uses Tempest Assault (Thunder & Weapon power) is he able to slide the target 2 squares? It seems like the Mark feat modifies the power to slide the target and then the power slides the enemy, therefore triggering Staggering.
Thoughts?
