Brawler
"When the shirt comes off, PEOPLE DIE."

Role: Controller. You command the gladiatorial stadium. You knock around enemies with your attacks and attack their morale with your taunts.
Power Source: Martial. Through years of training in the pits, you have become quite adept at knocking around multiple enemies at once.

Key Abilities: Strength, Dexterity, Charisma

Armor Proficiencies: Cloth, Leather Hide, Chainmail
Weapon Proficiencies: simple melee, military melee
Bonus to Defense: +2 Will

Hit Points at 1st Level: 7+Constitution
Hit Points per level gained: 3
Healing Surges per day: 10+Constitution modifier

Trained Skills: Intimidation. From the list below, choose two skills at 1st level.
Athletics, Heal, Endurance, Acrobatics, Streetwise, Bluff

Build Options: Taunting Brawler, Smashing Brawler
Class Features: Tricks, ???

As the wizard gets cantrips, so too does the brawler get tricks.

Tricks:

Pass
Muscle Trick.
At-Will. Martial
Standard Action. Ranged 10
Target: One willing ally.
Effect: You take an item from your inventory and throw it to an ally. You and your ally must each have an empty hand.
The ally may stow the item.
If the item is a weapon, the ally may equip that weapon if able.
If the item is a potion, the ally may drink that potion.

Tech Roll
Muscle Trick.
At-Will. Martial
Immediate Interrupt.
Trigger: You are attacked while prone.
Effect: You get +2 to AC and reflex until the start of your next turn and you may shift.


Brawler Exploits:

Tackle
Level 1 Muscle Exploit
At-Will. Martial. Grappling.
You may move up to your speed when using this attack. You must move at least 2 squares from your starting position. You must have at least one free hand.
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d6+Strength modifier damage and the target is grabbed.

Throw a Guy
Level 1 Muscle Exploit
At-Will. Martial. Grappling.
You must be grabbing a creature to use this attack.
Close blast 2. If the grabbed creature is large sized, increase the blast area to 3. Increase the blast area by 1 for each size category above that.
Target: Grabbed creature, creatures in blast
Attack: Strength vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8+Strength modifier damage to grabbed creature and each creature in blast. Add an additional 1d8 damage if the grabbed creature is large and an additional 1d6 for each size category above that.
Effect: The grabbed creature lands prone in any empty space in the blast area.


Feats:

Professional Wrestler
Feat
Prerequisite: Muscle Class
Benefit: You can grab targets up to two size categories larger than yourself.
You get a +2 to grab checks.

Grapple a Beholder?
Feat
Prerequisite: Muscle Class
Benefit: You get a +5 to grab checks against hovering or flying targets. When you do so, choose one:
The grappled creature is no longer flying or hovering; or, you are flying or hovering as long as you are grappling a flying or hovering creature.
