First Post
I want to buy modules for 3.5. does anyone know a good place to buy a good dungeon crawl online, in which i can get them to ship me a hardcopy, besides wotc's website? (I cant get to that site from here because im at work and the firewall flags it as inappropriate...) I looked on ebay and most of what i found was 1e, and 2e. I tried googling for it, but apparently i am not searching for the right thing because i cant find what i want. any help would be appreciated, its for a christmas present for my brother in law, so it has to be hard copy.

Looking at Fru's links, I'm gonna recommend Goodman Games DCC on this one.

Paizo's adventures are probably better all-around, but they ain't dungeon-crawls. DCC are much more suited for an old-school "Crawl" style of play.

You can buy things online from the WotC website? I never knew that. It doesn't surprise me though, given how hard it is to navigate through the site to find things. I'm guessing that everything is sold at full retail price though.

Agreed. Goodman Games are modules are very well done. Dungeon crawls pure and simple, with some creative flairs to them. DCC #1 "Idylls of the Rat King" and DCC# 27 "Revenge of the Rat King" are both pretty good as is DCC# 4 "Bloody Jack's Gold."

Some of the gamemastery modules are fairly dungeon-crawl heavy as well. A lot of good from both publishers.

I can't speak to Paizo's new Gamemastery line or their Pathfinder series. However I thought that Paizo was always pretty dungeon-crawly going by their adventure paths in dungeon (espically the age of worms)

From what I've seen of Pathfinder, the crawls tend to be smaller, though. And this is really Paizo's philosophy - make several dungeon crawls, each with a theme, in one adventure. Which is, in my opinion, the better way to go.

DCC, on the other hand, tend to make the entire adventure one long crawl, like the traditions of old. Many of their adventures follow this "one long dungeon" theme, and work fairly well with it.

I haven't seen any Gamemastery adventure yet, though - maybe they focus on longer crawls, though something tells me these adventures are still more along the lines of several linked dungeons.
