Mongoose Publishing is looking for a Content Creator who is capable of promoting their work across social media.
This is a permanent position that requires a very special candidate. We will therefore not be setting any time limit on applications, though be aware that once we find the right person we will look to move quickly.
Mongoose is casting the net to find someone who can create primarily video-based content for social media, and then push it across different platforms to grow followers, engage new customers and support existing ones. The candidate must be capable of creating content for all of our product lines, engaging viewers in terms of background lore, promotions and announcements. In the event of an interview we will expect the candidate to outline a plan to do so, using specific examples with our products.
The position is full-time and permanent, and the candidate would have to work in Swindon (United Kingdom). That part is non-negotiable, as we work as a tightly knit team. Note that we do not use AI on creative projects.

- Capable of creating video content, from start to finish, then scheduling its release
- Proficient in video editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Deeply familiar with all forms of social media
- Prepared to give presentations both in person and in front of a camera
- Able to collaborate with the creative team on campaigns, promotions, and other online initiatives
- A gamer
- Familiar with our existing games, as well as have a broad knowledge of other games, both tabletop and electronic
- Capable of following social media trends and taking advantage of them
- Able to work on their own initiative, identifying areas in which to create content
