monk with rope a dope

Hi ! I would like to know if I am playing properly this feat.
I am a monk with the feat Rope a dope.This is the feat:
You may choose to automatically miss with an attack on an opponent. If you do so, you receive a +6 circumstance bonus to attack that opponent with your next attack on them.

Because I am a monk, I can do flurry of blows.
Flurry of blows is giving an extra attack with the same base bonus with a 2 penalty.

This is how i understand it:
Monk level 4 base attack bonus +3
Strengh +3
Normal attack is at +6 (+3 and +3)
Use of the feat Rope a dope
Round # 1 attack miss
Round # 2
First attack +10 (+3 strengh +3 BAB and +6 feat -2 penalty)
second attack +10 same as above

or is the second attack does not include the +6 and it will be +4 only.

I would say that the attacks would be +4/auto-miss and +10/+4. This would be consistant with a paladin's smite and the true strike spell.

So wouldnt the normal +6/+6 flurry become a miss/+12 ?
