Monster Builder and 3pps

I just figured out that I can insert all my 3pp monsters (hello Creature Collection!) on Monster Builder for a faster copy and paste!!

Importing and exporting monsters will happen soon or later and would be fantastic if other companies could release their monsters ready to use

Interesting question: Could 3PP use the monster builder to create their own monsters and release them in digital form to their fans?

Of course, whether they want so or fear piracy is another matter. But it seems easier for 3PP to use the Monster Builder for their products than the Character Builder. You can't add your own classes to the CB..
