These are cool little spells in magic that make for perfect magic items.

The first one to rear its ugly head: the Vision Charm

Vision Charm

This little bauble looks like a glass sphere half full of water, ensconced inside of gold sheathing. Activated on a command word, the Vision Charm allows the following abilities to be used 1/day each: Silent Image, Item Dislodge, and Change Self.

Caster Level: 5th. Prerequisites: Craft Wonderous Item, Silent Image, Change Self, and Item Dislodge.
Market Value: 7650 gp. Weight: -.

Pricing

3rd level spell on command word activation, 1/day
(5*3*1800)/5 = 5400 gp.

1st level spell on command word activation, 1/day
((5*1*1800)/5)*.75 (for being similar to first power) = 1350 gp.

1st level spell on command word activation, 1/day
((5*1*1800)/5)*.5 (for being similar to second power) = 900 gp.


Item Dislodge
Illusion [Glamer]
Level: Sor/Wiz 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Close (25 ft + 5 ft/2 levels)
Target: One object, held by a creature.
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: Will Disbelief (See text)
Spell Resistance: No

This spell makes an object invisible, inaudible, intangible, intastable, and inscentable to the person holding it. When this spell is cast, the wielder gets a will save to disbelive it. If they fail, the object is effectively not there. The object is perfectly present to others, and standard disbelief rules apply if someone makes mention of it.

Hope Charm

This amulet looks like a chunk of ivory hewn into a cross, tied up with a skein of leather. It allows the usage of the following spells, each once per day: Dispel Magic, Cure Light Wounds, and Kauper's Skittish Nerves.
Caster Level: 5th. Prerequisites: Craft Wonderous Item, Dispel Magic, Cure Light Wounds, and Kauper's Skittish Nerves.
Market Price: 7650 gp. Weight -

Same pricing strategem as Vision Charm

[ksn is a 1st level spell that gives +5 to ones initiative]

Funeral Charm

This amulet looks like several serrated metal blades bound in metal wire. It allows the wearer to use each of the following spells 1 per day, each: Craft Wonderous Item, Doom, Darkness Within, and Water Walk.
Caster Level: 5th. Market Value: 9000 gp.

Pricing:

Water Walk costs 5400 ((5*3*1800)/5)

Darkness Within costs 2700 ((2*5*1800)/5)*.75)

Doom costs 900 ((1*5*1800)/5)*.5)

Necromancy
Level: Sor/Wiz 2
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Personal
Duration: 1 minute/level

Your features take on a darker cast as you complete the components of this spell. You take 2d8 damage when the spell is cast, and gain 1 strength for every 2 points of damage you sustain. This bonus is a profane bonus.
Material Component: A silk cocoon, singed by the flames of a burnt corpse.

[my game is big on melee mages so this is better than you think]

hhhmm in time I might do things like the sky diamond using some of monte's stuff.

Also go check out the realms of evil. Its as good there as its here. Trust me on that.

Time for one from Onslaught

Vitality Charm

The vitality charm looks like small sheets of green-stained glass set inside of gilt wire. It allows the wearer to activate the following spells on command, once each daily: Summon Nature's Ally II (Summons a large monstrous centipede, despite rules); Bull's Strength, and Regenerate Serious Wounds (From Masters of the Wild).
Caster Level: 5th. Prerequisites: Craft Wonderous Item, Summon Nature's Ally II, Bull's Strength, Regenerate Serious Wounds.
Market Value: 9900 gp. Weight -.

RSW costs 5400. ((5*3*1800)/5)

Bulls Strength costs 2700. ((5*2*1800)/5) * .75

SNA II costs 1800. ((5*2*1800)/5) * .5

Fever Charm

A fever charm looks like a smoldering glowing nugget of amber, one that a prospective wearer must find a setting for. It allows a wearer to use the following spells, once each per day: Mage Bolt, Haste, and Bless.
Caster Level: 5th. Prerequisites: Craft Magic Item, Mage Bolt, Haste, and Bless.
Market Price: 8800 gp. Weight: -.

Pricing:

Similar Price drill as w/ funeral charm.

Haste costs 5400 ((5*3*1800)/5)

Mage Bolt costs 2700 ((2*5*1800)/5)*.75)

Bless costs 900 ((1*5*1800)/5)*.5)

(I worry about this one. Through the damn boots, haste is a little too powerful. Mage Bolt is below.)

This spell blasts an arcane spellcaster with disruptive force, dealing 1d6 per caster level, to a maximum of 10d6. Non arcane spellcasters are not effected. An arcane spellcaster can choose to sacrifice a spell slot to gain a bonus on their saving throw equal to the spell slot sacrificed. Only one slot may be given up in this way.

Trickery Charm

A trickery charm looks like a blue stained glass seashell, also unwrapped. The trickery charm allows the following spells to be activated by a special command word once each per day: Fly, Undetectable Alignment, Detect Thoughts.
Caster Level: 5th. Prerequisites: Craft Wonderous Item, Fly, Undetectable Alignment, Detect Thoughts.
Market Price: 9900 gp. Weight: -.

This gets easier, same pricing as Vitality.

Fly costs 5400. ((5*3*1800)/5)

Undetectable Alignment costs 2700. ((5*2*1800)/5) * .75

Detect Thoughts costs 1800. ((5*2*1800)/5) * .5
 

Chaos Charm

The chaos charm looks like a slice of ivory, with wood adhered to it and a tiny ruby set into it. The chaos charm, when taken in hand and a command word said aloud, allows one of the following spells to be cast, once each daily: Expeditious Retreat, Flame Arrow, and Shatter.

Caster Level: 5th. Prerequisites: Craft Wonderous Item, Expeditious Retreat, Flame Arrow, and Shatter.
Market Price: 8800 gp. Weight -.
