Multiple Polymorph's

Can a medium creature become Colossal size by the use of multiple polymorph spells.
Take for example:

player get's polymorphed into something one size bigger than it becoming Large then get polymorphed into something else becoming Huge, etc, etc, etc, until colossal size is reached.

No. That level of power is only available in the spell shapechange, I believe.

No, the upper limit is one size bigger than the target's natural form. This is explicitly stated in the Polymorph Other description.
