my loot pt. 2 (pimping the FLGS)

DMH

First Post
I couldn't find the old thread (where I bought a bunch of 1st ed adventures). I just want to give a heads up on the FLGS ebay site that is currently selling a lot of old Dragons and mention some new loot:

I saw them and most of them are in excellent shape and the few that aren't are missing corners or are "bunged up" (in other words, they aren't falling off the staples).

As for new loot, the only thing that maybe interesting is Apothicary on the Street of Dreams- a generic book from the late 80's on potions. Overall I like it even if a lot of work converting it is still to be done. It is a nice complement to The Compleat Alchemist.

I don't recall if I mentioned it in the other thread but, thanks for the heads up on Lost Worlds. I visited it a week or two ago and it is a very nice shop. I didn't get any gaming stuff, but their collection of paperbacks grabbed some of my cash. I plan on heading up there again soon (making a stop at Millenium games in Rochester as well).
Anyway, thanks for helping all of us with a love for the vintage gaming materials find some cool stuff.

Your welcome. Even though they have more used fiction books than gaming books, I always forget they are in the second room. As for old gaming stuff- they have some if you look hard enough. Space 1889, one or two books of Star Wars 2nd ed (WEG), and other stuff I can't think of at the moment.
