New Dungeon 152 Adventure - The Last Breaths of Ashenport

Uh, no...

It stands a lonely vigil atop a remote northern shore, hunkered down against the terrible ocean storms. For most of the year, it sits alone, for trade in the region has almost died. If this were any other town, it would long since have been forgotten, or perhaps even abandoned.

Yeah, no small village there... nope... wouldn't fit in a poins of light campaign setting at all.

And it is definately in need of heroes. ;)

So is this a freebie or what? I don't follow WOTC stuff much, just intrigued by the concept, and after about 10 minutes of trying to load the page on dial-up, it's still loading.

I like it. I love all the extra details added after the adventure is over, such as detailing the locations, etc...

Still not enough to convince me to buy into the DI.

Especially with Pathfinder and Game Mastery being so well done, on paper. In my mail box. Plus PF gives me a free PDF version to go with it.

So it still comes down to Paizo is giving me what I want, and then some, and WOTC's DI isn't.

Wish I could love both.

I haven't read the whole adventure yet, but the introductory material was really good, and I liked the art as well. The suggestions for how to create the right flavor and atmosphere for the adventure were really good.

Ari seems to be the goose that lays the golden eggs for the online initiative. Love the latest adventure, by the way!

Yep - It's a freebie. The past three adventures have all been freebies: Iggwilv's Legacy, Hell's Heart and now this one.

They've all been really good, too. Fairly large as well.
