New Dungeon 152 Adventure - The Last Breaths of Ashenport

One thing I'm trying to figure out is what to replace the GIbbering Mouther with near the end...using Fantasy Grounds there are just too many conditions to track between the swallow whole, free-action spittle, gibbering, and ground manipulation. Any suggestions? I'm thinking an ooze with the pseudonatural template would work.

A pseudonatural ooze could work, certainly. Alternatively, if you have access to Heroes of Horror and your players haven't read it, using the blood ooze from that book might be alien enough to them without altering it at all. (It's not truly an ooze, but an ooze-like undead. And no, I'm not pimping my own stuff; C.A. Suleiman wrote that one. ;)) It's also got a lot of stuff to keep track of, which might be a downside, but I think it's less complex than the mouther.

Those are the only two adventures that I currently had in the pipeline. I'm working on other stuff as we speak, for print and digital both, but none of it's due out in the immediate future.
I sense that our undead rodent is working on something 4e. With hints abound that he is doing some 4e playtesting, I am hoping he gets to play in the sandbox earlier rather than later. :)
