D&D General New Villainous Options UA video from WOTC

Do bladeings have anything to do with the video. I am pretty sure they are just talking about Subclasses and the Feat paths right now.

I said if there is a future sourcebook about player options for seemingly evil PCs then spikers/bladelings and hellbreds should be the right choice for PC species.
Other possible PC specie for a future title style "Book of Vile Darkness" would be the daelkyr half-blood (from Eberron) but then we would need some pages for monster symbionts, and better with monster grafts.

Now I wouldn't be too suprised if there is in the future a nerfed version of illithid as playable specie.

Flayerspawn psychic also could be a right psionic villanious subclass

This exists in 3rd Party content for 5.5e already, the Exploring Eberron Book features "Ruinbound" which is function the Daelkyr Half-Blood.

Daelkyr half-blood and ruinbound are close concepts but I suspect they aren't exactly the same because the Daelkyr half-blood needed a simbiont.

I confess I am more interested into possible villanous-like PC species like ones from "Champions of Ruin"

Extaminaars aren't "necessary" because now a yuan-ti subrace can be playable in 5.5.

A nerferd version of Draegloths could be possible. They would be like a demonic version of drows with four arms.

And krinth would be like a shadowtouched version of tielflings.

Worghests are other option for a PC specie with a touch of villanous look.

Finally watched the video, hope the next one comes out simultaneous with the UA.

The vid also had a lot of editing. Cute, but a bit much in places. The drum for each title card felt a bit too ominous
