2 HS
25% HS
50% HS
75% HS
100% HS
Start at 100%
every of the following Conditions lower the Nummer of HS that the Character gets from the Rest:
- not eating enough, bad food, unknown food
- not trinking enough
- tiering deed, traveld
- sleeping not in bed
- not secure area/companions
- fightet this day
- CON of 7 or lower
- head,cold,rain whitout protection
- ill/poisend
- wounded this day whitout healing 2 down/healing only 1 down
- GM bad mood
for ever of the following conditions the Character get more HS
- endurence test 15
- at home
- not alone
- healing Potion
- Animal/Ghost/good friend watches
- praying ?
- good place Nature Skill 20
