Now my plan comes to fruition! (Star Trek antagonist poll)

Which is the best Star Trek antagonist?

Now that a bunch of folks have answered the four other polls I posted for TOS, TNG, DS9, and Voyager, here is the ultimate question.

Who is the best Star Trek antagonist of all time? (I am ignoring any Enterprise or movie antagonists not already on the list, since really, how many of them are likely to win?)

Also, one thing I should make clear: I am listing antagonists, not villains. At one time or another, all of the antagonists listed may be considered sympathetic or even helpful. The Klingons are certainly Federation allies during most of the 24th century, and Q has been helpful when he felt like it. These folks have all presented challenges that the protagonists have had to overcome, however, so they qualify as antagonists.

Klingons will always hold a place in my heart from the Kirk days but they got soft, sort of the barbarian at the gate. The axe or club.

Romulans were sneaky great but never devoloped as a major villian race, just a filler. Acting as a border of good and bad. The poison or the knife.

The Cardassians took the best of both, warlike and inteligent, with a touch of the immoral. The bow or sword.

I voted for Khan and Co. But then, I only voted in the TOS poll. Didn't watch the last few seasons of NG, hardly watched any of DS9 and Voyager. Didn't watch half of Enterprise. So I'm definitely biased.

I voted Khan, Klingons, and the Borg.

But crap... I missed seeing Q. That would have been a definite vote from me.
