I have looked every where for it. It's not in the bedroom or the living room.

Anyone got any ideas?
I'm holding it hostage! mwahahahaha!
You won't see it again till I get my 2 dollars!

It always slides underneath the sofa. I actually think sofas have a taste for all things d&d...at least mine does. Oh yeah and change, it likes to eat my pocket change.

One of your players stole it?

My players seem to take dozens of my books.

After losing a few I have learned to mark them all.

Places to look:

-between your bed and the wall
-underneath your bed
- underneath the sink in the bathroom
-car
-wedged in the sofa
-underneath the newspapers in the kitchen
-underneath the mail in the living room
-underneath your laundry

THis is where I always look. Of course I bought three so I could always find atleast one. Pretty sad huh?

If you had really looked "everywhere" you would have found it (if it still exists). Don't worry though, it will be in the last place you look for it.

Your Player's Handbook has been kidnapped by ninjas.

Are you a bad enough dude to rescue your Player's Handbook?

-- Another player took your PHB home accidentally.
-- If you live with anyone (spose, significant other, roommate, parents) they moved it while cleaning. Ask them where it is, although they'll claim they have no idea what you're talking about, and insist they never touch your books :D .
-- If you live alone, then you left it in the fridge after coming home drunk out of your mind and REALLY NEEDING to check on some spell components for the next session.
-- It slid under the seat of your car.
-- Chatdemon has it, and I suggest paying the $2 ransom.

Salutations,

Maybe WOTC is starting a new marketing strategy- steal the player handbooks so people have to buy the new more expensive models.

Those monsters.

You've got to think like a PHB to find the PHB. So you've got to ask your self- "If I was a PHB where would I be?"
