Last workout was on Monday, as I don't count renos as workouts.

I'm hoping to get in Friday/Saturday, I havent even had my scale accessible since..Tuesday night? I dont know, its been a week of disruption.

Hoping to get back on track but we are also entering the 'its not raining' season out here on the West Coast, so time to get out there and enjoy the sun while it lasts and isnt too hot.

Still, Friday Upper, Saturday Legs (and a hair cut) and then we will see.

The floor is in!
 

Got in last night May 7 for a little chest, bis, tris.
  • Smith inclined barbell bench 105x13 +95x4, 105x8 +95x4, 105x8 +95x3, 95x7 +1. Trying a slightly larger drop on the drop sets.
  • Machine biceps curls 75x22, 75x20, 75x15 +65x5. Mostly steady.
  • Triceps push-down 110x23, 110x21, 110x21. Still not where I was last month but added a rep each set from last time. Trying to keep form tight.
Sleep is ok. Probiotic is ok (doesn't seem to be making much immediate difference for me, but we'll see). Got this annoying intermittent cough, which I should probably see a doc about. Trying to schedule a new patient appointment with my new PCP I picked in November, but I've just been able to leave voicemails so far. :/
 


170.8 this morning.

Got to the Gym and had a decent Upper yesterday, just slowly getting stuff going here to get to the Barber, and do legs, today.

The weight loss is a bit surprising, but explainable.

Monday night was Gym, I ate fine.
Tuesday was a bunch of work main floor, and I did not eat well.
Wednesday/Thursday, food disruption, poor sleep.
Friday was the first 'normal' day in a long time.

So over the week, I lost about 4 lbs? Its also warmer, so I'm sweating out over the night.

Still, bit weird. Legs today, first big push in a long time I think.
 

Legs was good, able to get a good Press in for the first time in weeks it seems. I was strategically moving plates over the whole workout on water breaks lol

Still a bit shocked at the weight loss, but it is what it is, I knew I would slim up in the warming temps.

I had a good week (finals week for us). But weirdness.

A week or so ago, I woke up with some vertigo and weirdness going on with my ears--like I was underwater and was hearing a "wooshing" sound. It cleared up over the course of the day. I woke up it again yesterday, so I decided to skip the gym. I woke up this morning, and while the vertigo has certainly lessened, the wooshing is still present. I think I'm going to hit the gym anyway, and maybe drop by my doctor's office tomorrow. :/

Let us know how that goes if you are comfortable with it, I had that once, just one night/morning, and had no clue what was going on.

Thanks! I'm definitely going to hit my doctor up, but after going to the gym, the ear stuff has mostly cleared up. I'm hoping it's not some kind of circulation thing. TBD.

(BTW, hit incline DB press with 85s today for 8/9 reps. Soon I'll be at @Scribe levels of strength!)
