I definitely feel this, but I also think there's something wonderful about it: as chaotic as life can be, the gym brings at least a little order. Sometimes it doesn't have to be about the gains but instead about just getting in and getting it done.Not in a place life wise for any kind of 'lets embrace stability and focus on gains'. Life is just chaos at the moment and honestly the backslide is getting tiresome.
