Ahhh, gotcha. I know my sleep patterns have changed as I’ve gotten older and sometimes I crash and burn with only 6 hours a night but that’s always been my own damn fault being a night owl and not making myself get to bed.I'm not cutting at all, I'm in a 'maintenance' kind of diet balance, as when I was bulking, it did some bad things to my liver and cholesterol.
I'm not frustrated with my gym progress, diet, or body composition, I'm frustrated that my recovery seems to be struggling due to sleep really, and so cannot work out as much as I like.
