Was okay, but packed and I was starving so didn't get to the extra stuff I wanted to.
Load up tonight for Legs tomorrow and we go again.

Wednesday May 27:Friday May 22, got in after work.
Still not back to three times a week, but I'm staying decently active, my food and sleep I think are getting a little better. At least the sleep, which is key.
- All the Smiths were busy, so did machine pec flies for chest. 100x20, 120x15, 120x10 +100x5
- Rear delt flies: 90x20, 90x18, 90x16 (+4 reps, +2 reps, +1 rep). Pushing these maybe a little harder.
- Machine biceps curls 80x22, 80x16 +70x5, 70x20. (+5lbs, +1 rep, drop down to 70 +reps). Felt pretty good.
Struggling a bit to be regular with the gym, but still trying.
