Piece-meal Armor

Hey

I'm wondering if anyone has a piece-meal armor system out there, sorta like the one in the Complete Fighter's Handbook in 2nd edition. In case someone doesnt know what that is, I mean a method of putting together armor piece by piece (chainmail greaves, breastplate, studded leather arms etc) and determining a weight, type, arcane spell fail, Dex mod, and, oh yeah, armor class.
FYI yes, me and my PCs are complete nutters and want to be able to customize everything ... I'll prolly end up making my own, but first I'd like to see what everyone else has.

Thanks

Mystic Eye Games' _Artificer's Handbook_ has such a system. It comes out in May. So, that doesn't help you a whole lot, but does give you something to look forward to.

It has all that you describe, including a revised donning/removing chart, and some other stuff.

Quintessential Paladin

Q-Paladin has a system included for Peicemeal Plate. It seems a bit steep compared to regular plate but might be worth checking out.
