This morning, my daughter found a hard ginger cough drop on my wife's bedside table and asked if it was a treat. My wife said, "No, you wouldn't like that." She held it for a while longer, then said to herself in a stage whisper, "It has to be yummy. It's possssssibly yummy? It has to be yummy."
