I read this as "Kirby or Stalin." Shades of the cover of Firesign Theatre's How Can You Be in Two Places at Once When You're Not Anywhere at All.Printaar the Chronicler, if done by Kirby or Starlin.

Now I'm imagining the Captain America run the two of them would have put out. Cap fights Arnim Zola while Bucky tries to seize the means of production. (Everyone knows Stalin died in 1953, but what this joke presupposes is -- maybe he didn't.)I read this as "Kirby or Stalin." Followup: My daughter did, in fact, like the hard ginger cough drop.
Alternatively, they could be looking for a discussion on the topic, which usually implies more than a simple, "Of course!"Some people start threads to explore questions they already think they have a definitive answer for, and I can't help but think they do this only so they have the chance to snipe at every contrary opinion or attempt to reframe the question. Maybe it is inadvertent and they don't have the self-awareness to know they are doing that, but do it enough and the intention ceases to matter.
That's true. Though I will say we got lucky with our pup. She takes everything we offer to her. Yes, I'll try that. It's a surprisingly polite and healthy relationship to food. (Two biggest surprises -- she loves bell peppers and lemons.) She doesn't partake in much opportunistic scavenging -- has walked right by a piece of salmon on the street -- save for one time the day after we got her when she picked up a banana peel and walked around with it on a walk. Didn't eat it, but had to show it to us. It turns out she really likes banana, and I think it was her way of saying hey, are you paying attention, this is the good stuff.Nobody can be as perverse when it comes to food as children and dogs.

Ours really digs pumpkin, too. She has a sensitive stomach and gets a tablespoon on top of her food twice a day. She just inhales it.We've got two right now: one that will eat anything that resembles food (a probably ex-stray who's a German Shepard/Australian Cattle Dog mix) and her older buddy who can be veyr picky-butt about things (I blame him being raised by one of our prior dogs, who was also a picky-butt). I was really surprised how much he ended up liking the pumpking puree we started adding to their food three days a week a while back, though.
Some of these old names I’m always thinking how do you pronounce that?Every time I see the "Maure Castle" thread title I think it says Manure Castle.
