Sign near the cookie table in the store at a local orchard...
"Flour comes from a plant.
Sugar comes from a plant.
Chocolate comes from a plant.
A cookie is a salad."
Can't remember where it was (online or IRL), someone was given a slice of cake, and when walking away, was wished "Enjoy your ground domestic grass fetuses adulterated with ground starch-sequestering taproot inflated with carbonate-based carbon dioxide production," or some-such overly-technical-description. It, uh, did not make the cake taste better, I imagine.
Well, see, there's the problem. If you want authentic Mexican tacos, you have to make them with authentic Mexicans...
(¿Yo Soy-lent Green?)
Please, Soylent Verde.

I was just in a local grocery yesterday where they had an aisle sign for “Baby Juice”.

Sounds like Thanksgiving dinner at my mom's house.

"My doctor says that I need to (medical advice), but I saw a video that says I should (dubious and/or harmful clickbait). What do you think, my Not-A-Doctor offspring?"
I’m the son of a doctor who also has an MPH, and my best friend is a mental healthcare professional with an alphabet of degrees after his surname.

We have some WONDERFUL discussions about healthcare ignorance on MANY different levels.🤦🏾‍♂️

I remember one character a friend of mine made for one of my historical games. He was a "doctor" whose diagnostic method was phrenology and whose treatment method was trepanation. This was in a Mage: the Ascension game. And I got to have a discussion with somebody about how an examination of archeological finds shows that, when trepanation was developed, a lot of the skulls show bone healing, so it must have been a success. But when it was revived hundreds of years later, a lot of the skulls show no healing, so it probably didn't. Then Ignaz Semmelweis discovered the benefits of hygiene but by then they stopped using it for treatment.
