Today's reason for the AC not being fixed was the same as the last one, he couldn't find the external unit. No one from the property management ever actually told him where it was, despite assuring us that they would. The number of middle men involved in this process is probably to blame, since I know the maintenance department uses a service to find and call the people who actually fix things.
