I thought it was just a coincidence of the reorganizing and such, but now it looks like it clearly is intentional. This is in regards to this stickied thread: http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?t=155143

At the top of the 3E rules forum. Why isn't this in the 4E rules forum? I understand the reason it's in the 3E rules forum, as when the notice was posted, it was the only rules forum. But now there are two, and surely at least some of the people that prompted its posting have moved on to the 4E forum. It may seem minor, but I really do think it's unfair to not have it posted in both, or alternatively, removed completely (I'd be against that, as it's a useful chunk of information). I have to wonder what people new to the site think, seeing that only the 3E posters need a stickied thread telling them to behave. Maybe I'm just overreacting, but there it is.

Yes, the two forums have the same code of conduct, and many new folks go to the 4e rules forum. I've duplicated the thread.
