Poison and Shurikens

This may have come up earlier, but if so I have never seen it. I was thinking about throwing three shurikens in a sinlge attack action and I began to ponder something. If all three shurikens carry enough poison to deliver a single dose each, does the creature struck need to make three Fortitude saves?

I would be inclined to say no since that tactic could be easily abused, but I was wondering if there are any rules that clarify this.

Yes. This is what shurkien are for, poison delevery.

Someone with Rapid Shot and a good bit of poison can easily take down any party, no matter the poison. When you are making 6 attacks minimum, each requiring a Fort save ... well it gets nasty.

Of course 3 times the shurikens means 3 times as much poison.

Not to mention that if you don't get poison use as a class ability, it also means 3 times the chance to poison yourself.
