The first book I ever published was Poisoncraft: The Dark Art. I've sold a bunch of pdf copies, but I'd really, really like to see it get to 500. It just recently went out of print, and with 4e looming on the horizon, I realize that time is running out to reach my goal. So it's time to take drastic measures.
I just put Poisoncraft on sale for $2.95, and I will leave it there until I get to 500.
For those who don't know, Poisoncraft offers a comprehensive reimagining of poison in the d20 system, including free-form creation rules, tons of useful crunchy bits, and the Codex Venenorum with more than 50 poisons. It remains one of the best-reviewed supplements ever for d20. It was nominated for two Ennies. It features stunning art by Tyler Walpole, Kev Crossley, and an awesome cover by Jenn Rodgers. Obviously, I don't know exactly what 4e will hold, but based on what I've seen of the 4e poison rules, I'd be surprised if much of the material didn't remain useful for the upcoming version.
So, please, won't you help make a young boy's dream come true?
