About twenty years ago, I had two cats: a calico called Cassie, and a black cat called Mouse. I also had a poster of Steinlen's "Cats" hanging in the living room - I'd bought it years before I had either Cassie or Mouse.

One day I came into the living room to find them sitting under the poster, in exactly the same positions. Unfortunately it was the pre-smartphone era, so I couldn't take a picture.
