Question About Prestige Classes

I have a character who is going to pick up a prestige class soon. My question is this:
The class says that when advancing in the prestige class you get new spells as if you went up as a cleric. However it also says you don't get any other new cleric abilities like extra turning, meta magic, etc. But would I still be able to change non-healing spells to healing spells (Spontaneous Casting) like I did in the past? Yes, you can still spontaneously convert spells. That ability is gained as a 1st level cleric and applies to all of your clerical spells even if gained through a PrC.

You are also correct about turning etc. not increasing.
