Question for WotC re: Dragon Annual

I know there'll be an annual-type print collection of the best articles of Dragon. When can we expect that, and when can we know which articles will make the cut?

Also, will Dungeon have a similar treatment?

So these compilation books will be staggered, Scott? i.e. Dragon this year, Dungeon next, Dragon the following, etc. ?

I would also like to make a suggestion on product previews if I may- I've seen it on occasion but not on too many previews-a Table of Contents can really help me to make up my mind about what products I end up purchasing (or not) - full art & map galleries? Not so much
