Questions about reference tables

Hi Folks,

I've been gaming on and off for more than 25 years. I'm currently playing but do DM from time to time.

I was wondering if anybody know of some good encounter tables based on level and climat/terrain like WOTC had in previous versions of the game. It's time consuming to make my own.

Also, any body have an improved magic item list. I'm sick of flipping back and forth in the DM's guide to find items.

[pedantic] I believe WotC didn't own D&D when those versions were made [/pedantic]

A while ago I found an excel spreadsheet that can be used to create encounter tables and uploaded it here. You can find it in THIS post.
