Quick question about poison

Presume that a character gets hit with a CON poison that drops him, not due to any wounds or zero/negative CON, but simply because the loss costs him enough points per die to put him negative.

Does the character still lose a point a round due to "bleeding out"?

Dying (-1 to -9 Hit Points)
When your character’s current hit points drop to between -1 and -9 inclusive, he’s dying.

A dying character immediately falls unconscious and can take no actions.

A dying character loses 1 hit point every round. This continues until the character dies or becomes stable (see below).

It says dying, not "bleeding out".

And since HPs are not just wounds, but an amalgama of vitality, Base Defense Bonus (that's mine, I know :))and actual wounds, I don't see why he shouldn't.

Fast Edit:

Your hit points measure how hard you are to kill. No matter how many hit points you lose, your character isn’t hindered in any way until your hit points drop to 0 or lower.

I agree. I think of it kind of like a coma. However it was induced, although you might come out of it on your own, you are pretty much in deep doodoo without medical attention.
