Man I really wish some of those these had gotten fleshed out. Souragne, Nova Vaasa, Invidia and G'henna all deserved some time in the moon...
 


Question, is the hazlik and Azalin statblocks just your big standard archmage and lich spruced up a tiny bit?
Hazlik is in some ways weaker and some ways stronger than the Archemage. Less HP, only 3 Arcane Bursts instead of 4, but has a higher Spell Save DC, Legendary Resistance and Legendary Actions. And his Bonus Actions are a Wild Magic Surge instead of Misty Step alone.

Azalin is almost the same as the standard Lich, but has three notable differences. He doesn’t have Fireball, his Counter Spell lets him steal a spell he counters, and his legendary actions are a bit different. Plus he has higher HP and better stats.

Ooh! That sounds interesting! I like the steal a spell mechanic.
