Ring of Telekinesis?

Has the cost of the Ring of Telekinesis been changed in the Errata? I don't have it here at work and I can't go to the wizards site from work either. I was wondering because I was looking and to create a command word item the cost is

Spell level x Caster Level x 1,800

so a ring of telekinesis would be:

5 x 9 x 1,800 = 81,000

but the SRD and DMG both list it as 75,000. Is there a discount in there I am missing?

Along the same lines would I be right into thinking a Ring of Mage Hand would look like this:

0 x 9 x 1,800 = 0 ?

So I could make Mage Hand Rings for free everyday?

Cantrips are counted as 1/2 level for magic item crafting.

If it's in the same place in the DMG as it is in the SRD, then it's right underneath the table you're looking at.

The formula was not strictly applied for items in the DMG. the 75,000 price tag for the ring of telekinesis is one of these examples. I don't know that the 8% increase would break the bank.

A lot of the listed magic weapons and armor show the discount, also.

Again, the item creation guidelines are just that - guidelines. They give the DM a rough idea of how much an item should cost. He must then weigh the effect itself, compared to other items, etc. In addition to some items being discounted, others are greatly inflated. Calculate a ring of invisibility sometime.
