RPGXplorer anyone still use?

I'm wondering if anyone out there still uses RPGXplorer?
If so, what's good about it?
If not why not?

I know its been awhile since the program was updated but what would make it viable again?

I still use it for dnd 3.5 in version 1.9.5 most people evolved with the times and use 5th edition based software but I find it more useful than Hero Lab when playing earlier editions of dnd
