Scrying

Can another person see the target of Scrying in the focus (mirror, pool of water, whatever)? It says 'you can see', but the nature of the focus makes me think otherwise.

That's one that needs to get answered by the DM.
(In our games, we decided the answer was "yes".)

And in our game the answer is no. To others the mirror/pool/etc. looks either normal or cloudy.

I would say no as well. Scrying is already powerful as it is, giving another player the ability to use the scrying focus as well would be a bit too much imho.

In the spell description it says "YOU can see..." meaning only the caster. It doesn't say, "Everyone looking into the Scrying device can see..."
