Seed of an idea... Peacekeepers

OK, so I was just thinking that 4E gives us a lot of classes and whatnot with the word War in them... so how can you have a class with the word 'Peace' in the name.
My first thought was Peacekeeper.

So my question to you guys is,
What thoughts does the name Peacekeeper invoke for you?
If there were a class named Peacekeeper, what would you expect to see in that class?

If I try to ignore my Farscape association of the name, I think a class like this should have a lot of abilities to disable instead of kill enemies. I suppose Utilities would be dealing with improving skill checks to avoid combat (improving Diplomacy or Stealth). It might be a Leader, Defender or Controller class. (The Defender ensures that only he is the victim of violence, the Leader lessens the impact of violence, and the Controller makes it hard for opponent to be violent.)

The race that created the Farscape Peacekeepers actually had (telepathic) abilities that would be conductive for peace talks.
