Shadar-kai Gloomblade & Invisibility

How does the Veil of Shadow work when a gloomblade attacks? Most other powers that grant invisibility have a condition that ends the invisibility. I don't see a rule in the PHB, MM, or DMG that says attacking ends invisibility.

The intent seems to be that the gloomblade uses Veil of Shadow, moves, and attacks and becomes visible and possibly blinding the target. Rinse and repeat.

Or does the gloomblade just stay invisible until bloodied?

The way I would play the Gloomblade is that the invisiblity is dispelled when it attacks. This seems to be the intent of the monster, and is a lot more fun than an outright invisible monster.

By the "Absolute-RAW" way, once the Gloomblade uses that power, it is invisible.... forever. Nothing stops it. The Gloomblade just has to go around their life, being invisible. [Then again, monsters exist solely so PC's can slaughter them, so this is a weak point.]

I think invisibility is supposed to stop when they attack someone. That's why they're so determined to keep their enemy blind, so that they can't attack back.
