I find it amusing that people have been speculating on her death for the last three episodes and I thought they were crazy as I didn't see a reason for it.

But in they end they all said, "Nah, she's safe for now."

Guess they shoulda stuck with their gut instincts.

Rumor has it that Chloe is entering the Witness protection program. I'm thinking that the explosion of the house is an "Eraser" thing that "kills" her Chloe Sullivan identity while leaving the person alive...under a different name. (wouldn't it be a kick if she chose to take on her Cousin's name??)

Personally I think that's nothing more than wishful thinking... but it would be nice if that's what happened.

Still, I'd like to know how she and her father could have survived that bomb.

Wow, what a season ender. I kinda felt like I was watching The Godfather there at the end.


I'm really conflicted with the Chloe thing. I liked the character even though I thought the whole high school reporter bit was a little contrived. Now that her charater has grown on me a bit, I'd kind of hate for her to come back as Lois Lane.
