Social/Political Allegory in Story Hours

I will be starting a sci-fi campaign this weekend that I would like to create a story hour of. However, I expect the campaign will alegorically represent current social and political issues (notably, the war on terror and the conflict in Iraq). I don't intend for it to be extremely blatent, but niether do I expect the allegory to be easy to ignore. Think the level shown in some Star Trek episodes.

So, would creating this story our be within the Code of Conduct?

I say go for it, but keep an eye on it. Be sensible, and if it causes any problems, we can deal with the issue then.
